In the last ten years or so of his life, Joe wrote many songs and poems, and I am so grateful for that. While going through his computer, Anna came across a recording he did of one of his poems. It is a lighthearted piece about a little pen looking for his purpose in life. We had no idea he had recorded himself reading this poem; it was such a treat to discover it.
